Return Policy
Customers will receive a full refund within 10 days with a receipt for undamaged merchandise, and a gallery credit for any merchandise after the 10 day period, not to exceed 30 days.
Shipping Policy
If no shipping charges are specified, you will be contacted after shipping is calculated based on your order and location. Any applicable tax will be calculated at checkout.
Layaway Policy
Customers may set up a Layaway Plan with Indian River Gallery. We require a down payment of 15% of the entire purchase price and a maximum of up to 12 months to pay off the layaway in full. You will be allowed 10 days after the starting date of the layaway to cancel it for a full refund. After 10 days a store credit only will be issued. If the layaway is not paid off within the maximum 12 month period or it is canceled after 10 days from the initial setup date, a 10% restocking fee of the total purchase price will be subtracted from the initial down payment and the remaining amount that has been paid on the layaway will be given as a store credit only. Monthly payments are required as shown on the layaway payment schedule given to you at the time the layaway is setup. NOTICE: 2 consecutive missed payments will be treated as a canceled layaway. Any exceptions must be approved by management.
